PlayHooray “Baby & Toddlers ”
Families with children ages 18 – 36 months are invited
to participate in a fun-filled program of music and
movement. PlayHooray is designed to provide a
chance for you and your child to sing, dance
and play together with other families.

Toddler Storytimes are designed for toddlers ages 2 - 3 1/2 with a parent or caregiver as a program of stories, simple songs, fingerplays and rhymes with other toddlers and their parents.
Children must be two by January 1, 2012.

Preschool Storytimes are designed for children ages 3–5 as a program of stories, simple songs, fingerplays and rhymes with other preschoolers. Sessions are offered three times each year. Out-of-district and phone registrations will be accepted one week prior to the actual date of the program.
Children must be three by January 1, 2012.

Letterboxing is a treasure hunt game for children ages 6 – 12 and their families. A letterbox is
hidden somewhere inside the library. To find the letterbox you will be given a series of clues which
will help you locate the box. You can obtain the clues by asking a Children’s Librarian or by going
to the Nassau Library System’s website at
